When we are searching for your perfect tenant we are very picky, doing every check possible to ensure they are the right person for your property. Credit score, checking for CCJ’s, checking their employment reference and checking that their previous landlord was happy with them are just a few of the checks that we carry out.

This is the most popular option and means that you do not have to deal with many of the problems that can occur when renting out an apartment. You simply take our fours steps to market with us (see below),we find you the right tenant for your apartment, we then move your new tenant into the apartment, let the relevant people know about the new tenant such as the council tax department, collect the rent each month, do property visits to ensure they are looking after the apartment, deal with any workmen for repairs, assist with any insurance claims on the apartment where insurers allow, we register the deposit (legal requirement), then do a final visit when the tenant is leaving to ensure they have looked after it and resolve any matters regarding deductions from the deposit, if any are needed.

Basically, you don’t need to worry about your apartment and just get the rent and a statement each month.
